“Lights, Camera, Candles…Movie Night!” is happening at the Romney Brown Candle Company in Grayslake for an interactive movie night and candle making class starting from 6PM through 8PM. Waukegan’s 25th Annual Turkey Trot with the Waukegan Park District is back again on Saturday November 9th from 10Am to 11AM at Greg Petry Park in Waukegan. Join the race and/or bring a donation to benefit the local COOL Food Pantry. First-place winners receive a turkey.
It’s a Food Truck Frenzy at Venture Athletics in Mundelein for the grand opening event starting at 11AM on Saturday November 9th. Enjoy the special ribbon-cutting ceremony, facility tours, a skills showcase with local skilled athletes, raffle prizes, and more!
Get a little jump start on your holiday shopping at the JJ Twigs Holiday Craft Fair on November 10th from 10AM to 2PM in Wauconda. There will be plentiful vendors offering crafts, handmade ornaments, jewelry, clothing, housewares, florals, and more.
