The 2015 Toyota Yaris is an Affordable Car for Chicago

If you’re a Chicago driver looking for a new car, odds are you aren’t looking for a massive SUV or truck. As a city car, the 2015 Toyota Yaris boasts great fuel economy. The 1.5L four-cylinder engine is plenty of power for city streets, and can get you up to highway speeds, while getting a very nice 30 mpg city and 37 mpg highway as estimated by the EPA.

The 2015 Toyota Yaris has a hatchback body style with either four doors or a more coupe-like two doors. Beyond that there are three trim levels to choose from. The 2015 Toyota Yaris L is the base model and doesn’t skimp on features. Bluetooth connectivity, a 6.1-inch touchscreen, HD radio, and USB connectivity are available on all models.

Moving up, there’s the 2015 Toyota Yaris LE. This is a small car, but it’s not an unsafe vehicle. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the subcompact hatchback perfect scores of “Good” in their roof, side, and moderate-overlap front crash tests. Likewise, the NHTSA gave the car five stars for side crash protection.
