We’re headed up north to enjoy a nice relaxing getaway to Harbor Country in Michigan. This picturesque region offers the charm of small coastal towns and cozy shops with beautiful Lake Michigan shorelines and beaches. It makes for a great weekend getaway with friends, family, or that special someone. You’ll find several nature preserves and parks as well as lots of distilleries, wineries, and shopping so you can enjoy the best of both worlds! It’s a nice, relaxed, slower paced trip if you’re looking to wind down the end of summer as we step into Autumn.

Things to Do in Harbor Country Michigan

This area is chock full of arts, history, and entertainment. If you’re a museum aficionado, you’ll enjoy the Dewey Cannon Trading Company in Three Oaks, The Harbor Country Museum of History + Rail in New Buffalo, and the Region of Three Oaks Museum in Three Oaks.
