This past Wednesday we got an early jump start on Halloween by participating in a Trunk or Treat at the Waukegan SportsPark, organized by Heart of the City. Families and friends in the community gathered together for some festive spooky fun, decorated their cars and trucks with halloween decorations, and handed out some fun candy. There was also a gourmet Taco Truck on site serving up seasonal specials and local favorites. Participating in these family-friendly events is such a wonderful way for us to get to know more of you wonderful folks in the neighborhood. We can’t wait to see what else is in store for the upcoming months, and how many new faces we’ll get to meet at our next event.
